Hi, I hope I have put this in the right place...

We work with a number of customers who provide access to their environment via the Citrix Workspace application, but we ourselves are not a customer of Citrix, otherwise I would be raising a support ticket!

One of our customers is now requiring us to install the Endpoint Analysis (EPA) plug-in and I am struggling to get this to install using Intune. I have the latest installer (2405.12) and when I install manually via elevated CMD it works fine with the command:

CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe InstallEPAClient /silent /noreboot

However when I deploy as a packaged Win32 app (all our endpoint devices are Win10/11) to Intune with the same installation command (running in system context), it installs Workspace fine but does not install EPA. Just wondering if anyone else has come up against this and has any ideas on how to get it to work so I don't have to manually install it on ~150 devices!

I managed to get hold of the standalone MSI for the EPA plug-in to workaround this.
