It is a Citrix policy Display Memory Limit. https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/policies/reference/ica-policy-settings/graphics-policy-settings.html#display-memory-limit Are you using full Workspace App from Storefront? Or the HTML 5 client. 1
