Director not using https for session recording

So lately I have been tasked to integrate Director 2407 with Session Recording.  Followed documentation from Citrix but running into an issue inside Director.

So from Director when you click on the link to view a user session recording, it opens another tab in http showing "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied."

If I add https to the URL it works. Looks like the link embedded into Director as http.

I have configured, director and session recording for https.

Any help would be . Thanks

Dang I was able to resolve the issue by running the powershell command twice. After login, I am able to view session recordings with no issues.
