Citrix Private Cloud minimum user count

Hi 

when you buy new or renew an existing subscription for Universal Hybrid licenses, you're forced to obtain a minimum count of 250 

if this also required if you go to Citrix Private Cloud licenses? or can you renew to Private Cloud at your existing lower count?

Hi Ken, as I understand it, the level of customer (Volume, Core, etc.) really is what determines what is renewed/transitioned. For net new customers - I am not sure; however for existing customers new UHMC license minimum is 250. Anything below that number is eligible via CSP.

thanks for responding, but i was already aware of the MOQ for the UHMC. it was the MOQ for the CPC licenses.

Users with on-prem Citrix farms with no plans to migrate their workloads (or their infrastructure) to the Cloud can renew straight to CPC. The is no MOQ for CPC, so if you have a small 50 concurrent user Citrix farm you can renew to a 50 user CPC license.
