I need to make a policy which will restrict clipboard access to external users. When I configure a policy and have 'access control' set to 'Citrix Gateway' in the 'Applies to', then it works fine when users log in via our netscaler. However, it doesn't get applied to connections which come in via the Workspace service (ie 'name.cloud.com'). If users connect using that, the clipboard just works.
Is there a way of blocking this using Citrix policy? Importantly, I need to be able to allow it for some users - I can't just block it for everyone. Our current setup has two policies, one which blocks it for everyone, and a higher priority one which is filtered on an AD group allowing it. We want to move away from the Netscalers to the Workspace service, but being unable to selectively allow clipboard (and drive mappings, etc) will be a blocker.
