Dear Sir,

We have HA Pair of netscaler. Suddenly secondary became as primary.And primary is showing below error such as

This site can’t provide a secure connection

 uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.

 

And both primary and secondary devices showing up only. But GUI of primary is showing above error.

is the HA partner also a MPX 5905 or is it a VPX. If there is a VPX and you use a Freemium License there is an know issue with SSL encryption in some 13.1 and 14.1 releases.

Dear Sir,

We are using MPX 5905  and we have HA pair and using version is 13.0. We are planning to upgrade 13.1 but unfortunately this issue is came.

Note: Putty is working fine but GUI we are getting the mentioned error.

do you check the internal services and SSL Cert Binding + TLS Version?

hello have you checked ssl parameters, ciphers suits on the virtual server, anything abnormal ? I suspect licensing, any chance your license expired ? 

if all ssl services gone including apps and management but HTTP is working, SSL card failure also an option. you can check ssl HW
