.NET Runtime 8 Monthly Security update Close Citrix Workspace 2402 LTSR CU1 while updating

Hey all,

I arleady opened a case with citrix but I want to know if some of you have the same issue as me.

So we are currently updating CWA 2303 to 2402 LTSR CU1 to patch the latest vulnerability. CWA 2303 did not have the .NET Runtime 8 prerequisite, but 2402 LTSR CU1 does have.

Now we can see that when .NET Runtime Desktop 8 Security update are installing, Citrix Workspace application close while installing, and open again after. So Workspace and Citrix published application / desktop are closing while users are working.

Is this the "normal" behavior since Desktop Runtime was added as a new prerequisite since CWA version 2309?
