Could someone please guide me on how to submit a support case?

I have deployed NetScaler VPX Advanced - 10 Mbps in my AWS environment, but I am encountering numerous TCP retransmissions. I would like to reach out for support regarding this issue, but I am unable to submit a support case.

I have followed the instructions on the support section of this page and prepared my AWS account number and support PIN code. However, I am unable to find where to input this information.

Hello,
It’s not clear if you want to open a case with AWS or Citrix.
For a Citrix case on Netscaler devices, you need to log into the Citrix support portal with your registered Citrix account, or you can open a case by calling the support numbers available for your region.
