Citrix ADC load balance did not work

I have configured my Citrix VDI to use load balance from Citrix ADC.

when I use citrix load balance link and I am getting error cannot completed your request.

however if I access from storefront then works.

there are several things to do for single-sign-on to storefront. If you only want Loadbalancing take care of the "X-Forwarded-For" Header. This must be configured in the service-group or service. For using NetScaler Gateway also, you must configure the NetScaler Gateway with the correct FQDN in Storefront , enable remote-access in Storefront for the NetScaler, and also enable under Authentication NetScaler. 

For testing you must use the FQDN on your device (local DNS record is working also). If you need more help take screenshots from Storefront and copy code-snips from NetScaler here.
