No auto logon OneDrive

So we are configuring a POC for using onedrive in our non-persistant CVAD environment. users that are using this POC desktop also have been migrated from a file based Citrix UPM profile to a Citrix UPM profile container (whole profile). GPO's mostly setup according to best-practices and deploy guides.

environment consists of:
OS = W2019
CVAD= 2203 CU5
citrix profile management= 2402 CU1
we are using FAS.

when i migrate myself and an app-packager we have no problem with onedrive. also our new manager (since 1 month) has been migrated and everything works without issues.

however most users do not get logged in to OneDrive automatically.

the only difference i found is that for the users for who onedrive works without issues, teams also logs in automatically when starting.
for users for who OneDrive does not automatically logs on, teams gives them the option to select an account when starting teams as show in the added picture.

I can't find what causes this, anyone seen this before?

Does it work for users after they do it once?

Is it a published desktop, or a published app?

Have you setup shellbridge if published app?

Do you have the hybrid azure ad setup, and a unique device id being generated for each non-persistent machine?

No, Teams shows this page every time.

Published desktop.

I have.

we do have a Hybrid azure AD setup, also each non-persistent machine does get a unique device ID (multiple Unique ID's per server actually when i look in Azure).
