It is working perfectly for our Windows/iMac Clients. but if I try to access it via a iOS iPad with the Workspace App installed. it is not working. I can authenticate to the portal, but after that the app is turning endlessly. Also if I try to access the portal via browser, I can authenticate but I only see an empty page. Maybe this is related. Kind regards and thank you. Frank. P.S.: the engineer, that set up the APC is no help at all.
Frankak40bs Posted October 24 Author Posted October 24 P.P.S.: I just recognized, that an Andoid Phone/Tablet has no problems at all. IOS is not able to speek with the Netscaler. I need a setting either on the phone, or on the netscaler for both to work.
Michael Adam Posted October 24 Posted October 24 Hello @Frankak40bs iOS need a complete correct session policy while Android is a little bit more careless. An easy way for creating a working session policy is to use the build in Gateway wizard. Öfters With this you can create a Dummy-vServer with a complete configuration. Than you can use this policies or you can compare this with your policies. After that you can delete the Dummy. You can find the wizard in the navigation on the left side on the button.
