Simon Magee Posted October 11 Posted October 11 (edited) Hi, I am trying to monitor NetScaler license expiry with SNMP. I am using the Citrix ADC SNMP OID Reference and the OID of - 1.3.6.1.4.1.5951.1.1.0.178. I can SNMP walk the NetScaler and return SNMP values, but specifying the OID returns " No Such Object available on this agent at this OID" I have imported the MIB files onto the monitoring solution I am using but can't seem to get past this. Thanks Simon Edited October 11 by Simon Magee
Solution Nicola Campaci Posted October 14 Solution Posted October 14 Hi, You're simply trying to query an OID that cannot be queried. When the license expires and the "license expired" alarm is triggered, the Netscaler sends an SNMP trap with that OID. However, it's the Netscaler that sends it to you. You can't query it manually.

Thanks for this, I have managed to get an alert to work when the trap is received for license expiry.
