Eli Ismach Posted October 8 Posted October 8 Hi, I configured Citrix Gateway with session policy that set clientless access is on. I publish bookmark and I can see that this bookmark dont get the rewrite as CVPN should do on it. Its suppose to be by default when we enabled the Clientless access is on, Citrix support dont know for now what the issue.
Julian Jakob Posted October 8 Posted October 8 Did you configured the allowed domains in clientless access profile? NetScaler Gateway, Global Settings, Configure Domains for Clientless Access. This will give NetScaler the OK to do CVPN for your Bookmarks.
Eli Ismach Posted October 8 Author Posted October 8 (edited) I did tried that and I can see it does the rewrite of the CVPN. But on the other NetScaler I dont need to insert on the allow domain, By default its does to everything. My question is how is possible for the other NetScaler its doing by default and this one doesnt, There is a hidden option or something like that? And on the Exclude domain I change nothing. Eli Ismach Posted October 15 Author Posted October 15 There is a Bug on 13.1 version according Citrix Support. I have configured allow domain under Configre domian clientless access but when I remove the domain and click O.K I saw that the Bookmark direct me to the actual URL bookmark instead of to do a CVPN. Solution: Need to go back to Configure Domain Clientless Access, Click on the Exclude domain tab and them click O.K. After that its wil be back to normal.
