Sticky load-balancing between client and Storefront is misconfigured.

We moved an existing Citrix GW to new Netscalers.  We have a SF LV vip setup for our SF servers.  Users are able to authenticate but some users receive cannot complete request multiple times after trying to launch a VDI.  After a few tries, the user is able to get in there VDI with no problem. I've researched the event ID and checked the recommended settings. I have looked at the LB configuration as well as the gateway settings in SF.  Thanks in advance for the assistance.

An authentication request was made before establishing a web session. This typically occurs when sticky load-balancing between client and StoreFront is misconfigured.
