Blur text inside citrix session makes it uncomfortable to read anything inside citrix session

Hi All,

I am getting reports of random users citrix session text is not properly viewable. Its blur and not as they see in their Laptop. They basically compare text visbility/ within CItrix session and they feel text inside citrix session is blur (fonts are lighter in color) compared to Laptop.

I tried the reset DPI settings in Citrix CWA CDViewer changed resolution but didnt help. Please suggest any other steps you are aware off...

I just followed the instructions in the post Fix Citrix blurry in Windows 10 — LazyAdmin. 

 

It did fix the issue for me.

Make sure your video driver is up to date on the endpoint.  Also check the compression settings in Citrix policies for the sessions, it may be too compressed making pixelization.

Absolutely correct. 👍 One additional thing could be Cleartype.
