After updating from 19.12 to 2402 LTSR WSA, disable 'ViewWindowContentsWhileDragging' in PA no longer works

It seems as if the new Workspace-App does not recognize the Published-Applications title bar correctly. Can anyone confirm the problem on Win2016 Server or help us?

Not all applications are affected. E.g. Mozilla Firefox Browser has the problem. We tested the following combination of WSA, VDA, OS:

WorkspaceApp 22.3.6001.6113 -> VDA 2402.0.1100.1256 on Windows 2016 = 'ViewWindowContentsWhileDragging=Prohibited' works
WorkspaceApp 24.2.1000.1016 -> VDA 2402.0.1100.1256 on Windows 2016 = 'ViewWindowContentsWhileDragging=Prohibited' does not work
WorkspaceApp 24.2.1000.1016 -> VDA 2402.0.1100.1256 on Windows 2020 = 'ViewWindowContentsWhileDragging=Prohibited' works

Can someone help?
