Does Citrix Workspace App client work when installed on Windows Enterprise multi-session operating system?
In the supported system I don't see it explicitly supported, but also it isn't mentioned that it isn't supported.
I'm asking this because on Windows Enterprise multi-session operating system using Citrix Workspace App users when they login they get a message: "Your apps are not available at this time. Please try again in a few minutes or contact your help desk with this information: Cannot contact Store".
But users can still login via browser, view and select available VDIs and connect successfully. Just not from within the application itself.
Users on regular Windows 10 image (that's the only difference) don't get that error and can login and view VDIs from within the Citrix Workspace App itself.
Another thing that I noticed is then I install Citrix Workspace App (same version) on both system, on Windows Enterprise multi-session I have less add-ons offered during the installation procedure.
And in the installation logs on Windows Enterprise multi-session machine I see many errors like this:
"18:39:48.0891035|ERRO|Collect|System.Management currently is only supported for Windows desktop applications.
18:39:48.1584222|ERRO|Rem.BusinessLogic.SystemInfoWMI|GetManagementClassInstances: exception while retrieving instances for ManagementClass "Win32_NetworkAdapter" : "System.Management currently is only supported for Windows desktop applications."
18:39:48.1585565|ERRO|Rem.BusinessLogic.SystemInfoWMI.GetManagementClassInstances|System.Management currently is only supported for Windows desktop applications.
EXCEPTION: System.PlatformNotSupportedException
at System.Management.ManagementBaseObject..ctor()
at System.Management.ManagementObject..ctor()
at System.Management.ManagementClass..ctor(String path)"
Can anyone please provide some input on this? I can provide more information if needed.
