host server cannot be contacted. Check that connection has a valid host address. and that the whole server is powered on and working properly. Citrix virtual absence, desktop.
I have updated Citrix virtual apps and desktop to 7 2407. I have successfully upgraded the citrix server, storefront and master images. While I am trying to update the machines on the machine catalogue, I'm getting the below error: “The host server (The XEN Hypervisor) cannot be contacted. Check that the connection has a valid host address and that the host server is powered on and working properly”. The Xen Hypervisor is working fine and accessible and pinging from Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Server. I have also cross-checked the Xen Hypervisor and CVAD Server's IP address and restarted the Citrix Host services. The Xen Hypervisor is running on version 7.1 What could be the issue? Please help me resolve this issue. The Error details from the log are as follows.
