Posted September 14, 2024Sep 14 We have some licenses that have expired and the grace period is ended now... New orders where placed over a month ago but with everything going on at Citrix they have not processed any orders (they started processing the backlog a few days ago but not our yet). We have been trying every way we can to get in contact with someone in the sales team that can process the orders but so far no luck. We have created severity one case with the support but since the issue is not technical but licensing they can only try and get a hold of the sales team... And so far no luck. Our distributor has created tickets but they are hitting the same walls as we are... We have reached out to all our contacts at Citrix but no one has been able to help so far. So I am hoping that someone here has some contacts in the sales department, specifically the European department, and can help us get a hold of someone that can ether process the order or give us some trial licenses until the order is processed.
