Session Recording Upgrade to 2402 LTSR CU1

Hi everyone

 

has anyone managed to perform a successful in-place upgrade of Citrix Session Recording server to 2402 LTSR or 2402 LTSR CU1?

I've had no end of pain with Session Recording Server 2402, both clean installs and in-place upgrades.

I followed the instructions in https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/session-recording/2402-ltsr/install-upgrade-uninstall#upgrade-session-recording 

Attempted it using both the GUI interface and running the msi via a command line, and every time there's some error or other stopping the successful upgrade. The errors are not the same depending on when it's via a GUI upgrade, right clicking the msi and running it, or starting an elevated command prompt and running msiexec /i "path to msi file"

has anyone done this successfully?

I had some issues, but only with the secondary instance.
What errors are you seeing?
