Is there any limitation for number of users with redirected webcam on multisession VDA 1912 cu8 (Windows Server 2019)

Hi Team.

The users are connecting from their Windows clients to Windows server Multisession VDA (CVAD 1912 cu8) and then double-hop to Windows 10 VDA. They have their webcam redirected to double-hop VDA (1912 cu6/cu8). On first-hop VDA we have CWA 2311 installed as per https://support.citrix.com/s/article/CTX586633-webcam-redirection-in-double-hop-is-not-working?language=en_US

However, sometimes webcam redirection to second-hop stops working. At the moment of the issue I see that webcam is being redirected to first-hop VDA, but
If we use WebCamPreviewUI then we just don't see any webcam on the second-hop VDA.

It seem correlating with number of users on the multisession VDA (first hop).
Server utilization is below 50-60% for CPU and RAM at that point, so not fully loaded.

So my question is: is there any limitation for number of such users with WebCam redirection on first-hop multisession VDAs? If there is then how it could be increased?
