Bianca Eggers Posted September 10 Posted September 10 Hello, after update from Workspace APP 24.2.0.72 LTSR to 24.2.1000.1016 LTSR we cann not connect to Worker with the Issue “Unable to launch your application. Contact your help desk with the following information: Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server. The server (IP...) is not trusted for ICA Connections. Connections to the Region are not allowed by lockdown settings. Please contact your administrator.” Client: Win 10 22H2 Worker: Multiuser OS Win Srv 2016 VDA: 2203.0.5000.5310 LTSR We dont Configure the Policy for Trusted Server. If i roll back to 24.2.0.72 it work fine. Any ideas? BR
Tarkan K Posted September 18 Posted September 18 the company i work for i sadly haves the same issues, would be nice if there could be an update from citrix them self, did try to update the HDX Realtime media engine as wel to the newest version as they said it could resolve the problem, but sadly it didnt work.
Tarkan K Posted September 19 Posted September 19 update about some testing that i have been doing since my last response, i did try to install the normal 2402 version today, sadly that did gave the same issues, after that i did install the normal citrix client 2405 verion this one did start the citrix session with out an issue, my gut feeling is that it is something in the LTSR version that is not correct.
