Web insight for new virtual servers

Hello,

I have a problem with NetScaler Console 14.1 25.56 and 29.63.

I have added a license for virtual servers to ADM in the year 2022.
ADM Version 13.1 was all ok when I added new virtual servers to get the data on Web Insight.

In the meantime, I upgraded to NetScaler Console 25.56 and 29.63.
Now my problem, when I want to activate Analytics on newly created virtual servers, they are not visible in Web Insight.
The AppFlow policy is added to the Load Balancing Virtual Server.

I had a similar problem in the past, when I didn't assign a license. This "feature" is now gone - so no vs licenses should be necessary.

Had someone the same issue, or better, does someone have a solution?

On top right of the web insight page there is a configuration checker.

It will give you insight on what is missing.

Indeed a configuration problem on the NetScaler vServer configuration.
The diagnostics reports "AppFlow Logging is disabled for the service group"
