Problem with XenTools

Recently, we have had problems with our Citrix Hypervisor enviornment. Everytime we reboot a VM, the Xentools Service does not start.  This causes the memory on the VM to max out making it almost impossible to log into it even through XenCenter using default desktop

The only changes we have made is that we have added the following patches to the Citrix Hypervisor:

 

XS82ECU1062, 1063, 1064 and 1065

 

The Xentools version is 9.3.1

 

Has anyone experienced this and what is the solution?
