Citrix Cloud admin login error when use Entra ID identity

Hello everybody,

I have encountered on one problem when granting admin access to Citrix Cloud to my colleague.

We have Citrix Cloud authentication configured to use Azure Entra ID (AAD).

I want to grant my new colleague to have a full admin access to Citrix Cloud, so I send him an invitation by using his Azure Entra ID.

He get invitation on his email and he was able to click on the link and configure access by following steps given on web portal. And also, after that first time setup he was successfully login to Citrix Cloud portal.

However, after he logout from Citrix Cloud and want to logon again with same credentials he got error "The username or password you provided is not correct. Please try again."

Also, he wasn't prompted to enroll his account in Authenticator app and system never ask him to do that at any point.

Was I did something wrong? Did anyone encounter on similar issue?
