Netscaler NSC cookies remains in browser after unsucessfull logon

Hello. We are faced with the problem described in this article (https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX579162/users-receive-error-try-again-after-some-time-or-contact-your-help-desk-at-login) - We are using NetScaler + oauth + keycloak for authentication. After unsuccessful authentication, if the user will refresh the page, the NSC_* cookies remains in the browser and until it will not be deleted from the browser manually, the user will not be able to log in, and this can last much longer than the 2-5 minutes like it said in the article. 


Is there any way to force these cookies to be removed by NetScaler?
