Microsoft Excel screen refresh not working




some users have the following problem:

Microsoft Excel 365 is started in a Citrix Desktop Session (CVAD 2203 CU3) from a IGEL OS 11 client. Sporadically it happens that users do not see the text that they change and enter in columns or rows in Excel. Only changing the page in Excel helps. If you close Excel and restart it, the error usually disappears. The problem does not occur every day and cannot be reproduced.


Any ideas where I could start troubleshooting?
