Question

Hello, After upgradinfg to CU4 I can see this error in Event logs :

Upgrade from 2203 CU2 to CU4. Error Citrix High Availability Service --> Error reading licensing user notification settings. Please check license server connectivity.

The Licence Server is readable from ddc's (Studio) and there is no error.

Any idea ?

Thanks,

Hi MBi

your question is missing a lot of detail for anyone to help you.

Are all the different roles installed on the same server? or do you have separate StoreFront, DDC, SQL, Director, License servers?

Tell us the steps you followed to upgrade to CU4. which components did you do first?

On which server's event viewer logs are you seeing this error message? the DDC? the VDAs? etc

At what point are you seeing the error message? when you try to start a session?

does the DDC report that your SA is current?

Are you using a third party anti-virus/server firewall?

Regards

Hello it seems it is not the upgrade because I have seen the same error on DDC version 2203 CU2.

The error is seen when the broker service restart.

There is no licence issue seen in Studio, but we have a mix of new universal licences and permanent licences.
