StoreFront Store Web URL Stopped working after upgrading from LTSR 2203 CU 1 to LTSR 2203 CU4

Question

After upgrading Storefront to LTSR 2203 CU 1 to LTSR 2203 CU4 we are getting an error message when trying to access the https redirect web URL. The upgrade was successful but now unable to access the Store.

The error:

when trying to get to https://storefqdn/Citrix/StoreWeb we get: This page isn't working right now. Web page redirected too many times.

 

When adding the discovery URL in Workspace app we get an error: Unable to add account with the given server URL. Ensure that it is correct or enter your email address.
