USer Cant Save to local drive

Question

I have recently published a new App to the desk top.  The user can login and everything is working except when the user tries save to her local  drive.

All the other apps are able to save to the local drive.  It is just this new app that will not save. I matched the settings with the apps that are working but I am

obviously missing something.  The workspace app is set for read write but this did not fix the issue.  

Any Thoughts

There is not Error it just list the Drive where the app is located on the server.  I do not manage the apps but we have 17 apps that are being used and they are all similar.  

I was thinking I missed something in studio but I verified against the other apps that its the same. Is there someplace else other than under applications in studio. that this could be set.
