Scanner redirected but not working with CVAD 2203 CU2

Hello Community,


we have a USB Scanner (Canon LIDE 300) working with our CVAD 2203 CU2 LTSR, (Windows Server 2019) and trying to access it via the published applications (paint and IE).


In the Policies, I have activated the TWAIN redirection policies and in the connection center, I see the scanner connected through the session.

But When I start using any of the apps to scan it reports "no scanner found"!

this issue happens with any Windows-based application, as when using any third-party application such as "NAPS2", the scanner works fine through Citrix Session


When login to the VDA via RDP the scanner does not show up in "Devices and Printers" while it can be seen through Citrix Session.


your help will be appreciated.
