CEM Apps no longer installing

Hello all,


Since a week or two we have a problem with the apps we published in our environment, these apps can no longer be installed.


I've added a random app from the store and only added myself in the group, this app cannot be installed, when i get it from the apple app store and force it to be managed it also doesn't get managed.

When i reset(or full wipe) my device and do a new enrollment, all the required apps will be installed, other apps cannot be installed.


I have 2 ipads and an Iphone (16.7.1 & 17.0.3x2) and they all show the same behaviour.

When i push MDM or MAM actions from the console these do get applied.

Debug logging shows no errors or warning or anything actually.
