Redirecting RNDIS Device

Klaus Roumlrig

Question

Hello,

we need to use Fluke ScopeMeter (https://www.fluke.com/en-us/product/electrical-testing/portable-oscilloscopes/190-series-iii) within a Citrix virtual Desktop.

We use Linux based thinclient.

When I plug in the USB Cable I see an USB device:

and because of RNDIS I see a new network device:

enp0s18u1u3: flags=4163<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
        ether 6c:65:78:69:56:78 txqueuelen 1000 (Ethernet)
        RX packets 2 bytes 650 (650.0 B)
        RX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 frame 0
        TX packets 0 bytes 0 (0.0 B)
        TX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 carrier 0 collisions 0

Any chance to redirect this device into a Citrix Session so that our users can use it the FlukeView 2 ScopeMeter Software?

Thx,

Klaus
