Citrix profile management process stuck for some profile





Since few days some user can not start applications on VDA servers.

Login process stuck on "Waiting for Profile Management" on client side.

The problem seems to come from the content of the user profile stored on the file server because if you delete it and a new profile is created everything works.

The problem only concerns 1 or 2% of user profiles.

How to find which profile file(s) is crashing the Citrix Profile Management process on my VDA 2203 LTSR CU3 servers ?


EDIT : Very strange this morning I reactivated a user's profile folder that I had renamed to "_old" and it worked again...

But another profile had the problem.
