We have a Citrix environment on version 7.19 with Windows 2019 and multisession servers and we are approving the 365 version of Office in the environment. At the moment our mailboxes are hybrid, some are on Exchange Server 2019 on premisses and others on Office 365


We are having a problem with users who have not yet been migrated to Office 365, when loading the profile, it takes a long time for Outlook to open completely.


We don't have cache mode enabled, but even small mailboxes take a long time to load. 


Has anyone experienced something similar with the Office update?
