Workspace app for windows (version 23.5.1.83) GUI changed design after WEM upgrade to version 2305. Where can i configure that setting?

Hello,

after updating WEM from version 1912 to 2305 the Workspace App (v 23.5.1.83 ) GUI randomly changes to a different design.

Where do i configure that setting so that i can define the Workspace App GUI design that i prefer?

That is due to how the rendering agent changed between the two.

 

You will need to do an ipoll or a workspace refresh to get it to go fully to the new look and feel.

thanks a lot for your quick response. 

 

With 'workspace refresh' you mean for example the possibility to refresh the workspace app manually via WEM -> Administration  -> Agents -> context menue of worker -> 'Refresh Workspace Agent(s)...' ?



And with 'ipoll' do you mean the command line parameter - ipoll in the selfservice.exe context like described by Carl Stalhood in 'How to Script/Automate Workspace app and Receiver Self-Service'?

Correct, it is a refresh done with selfservice.exe, not the WEM Workspace Agent.
