Unable to Open outlook after reset password via Citrix Desktop

Hi Everyone, 

I'm having the below outlook issue with my user randomly. User are unable to open the Outlook app not even as safe mode. getting below error.
"Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. cannot open the outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened."
 

launching outlook again doesn't help, it throws the same issue.

So far the only workaround we have which seems to work reliably, is we open another office application, like word, sign out of the office account, under file -> account, > Sign out from Citrix workspace URL then sign back in. Then we can use outlook fine. for few days and again we get this issue. 

Resting Fslogix profile also fix the issue but come again in few days. 

We have the below setup
Citrix DaaS
Server 2019 Image + MS 365 apps + Fslogix
3 Cloud Connectors + On Prem AD + AD + token

Yes We did, We have updated to the latest CR and FSlogix and added our VDAs to hybrid Azure joined then implemented SSO which resolved the issue. it was not an easy fix due to the modern authentication pushed by office365 side
