Citrix Workspace App timing out after pointing to Gateway, refresh doesn't prompt for Username and Password. a CWA reset has to be run to get access back to Apps

We recently pointed the Citrix Workspace App to the Netscaler to be able to get ADM data for internal connections.  It is now timing out and pressing refresh doesn't get you a prompt to enter Username and Password again.  You have to run a CWA reset before you can login again.   


When CWA is timed out is you select a published app or desktop, nothing happens.
