MS Word365 - Ribbon and menu bar disappears intermittently

We have the following problem with the Word365 and our Citrix environment:
From time to time it happens that the menu bar is displayed gray for the users, as in the following forum post:
Unfortunately, there is currently no solution either, apart from ending the Citrix session completely, or often it helps to exit and restart Word.


Maybe you have a solution for me?

What version of VDA?  What version of Workspace App?  What OS?  What size resolution on the endpoint, and how many monitors?


I have seen things like this happen with outdated video drivers on the client, not enough video memory defined in Citrix Policies, and with third party applications that put entries on the menu bars.
