MPX ADC: Netscaler restarting due to critical failure or explicit restart

In our environment, we have MPXs and VPXs Citirx ADCs running 12.1 Firmware Version. 

in 3 last 3 days we found ADC crashed and reboot itself unexpectedly. 

 

ns.log file is showing below:

Checked on ADC:

Showing uptime is more than 228 days.

root@ADC# uptime
 6:34PM  up 228 days, 22:59, 1 user, load averages: 2.00, 2.00, 2.00
root@ADC#

Can someone help me to find out the reason of this unexecuted memory reboot.
