Agent error on VDA after applying ProfileMgmt patch 23.5.100

Question

Hi,

after applying ProfileMgmt patch 23.5.100 onto a 2305 VDA worker the status of the worker in Studio changed to 'agent error'.

Scout report says 'vda registered' (as far as I see in the logs).
Nothing changed by removing and new installation of VDA 2305 and patch.

 

Anybody else with the same issue?

Could have something to do with certificates. After using "windows offline update" tool and reinstall of all Citrix worker components it seems to work.
Log of the tool shows no patch install and no framework update but a (default) install of root certificates.
Maybe our Windows 2016 servers are not getting all new root certs by WSUS?
