Netcaler Logging (responder/rewrite) not working after upgrade to 13.1.49

Recommended Posts

Also, I'm going to apologize for misreading this. I completely missed where you said it was not working AFTER UPGRADE. Implying it was working before (so no misconfiguration issue); and then it stopped after upgrade.  I would check to see if your log actions had any classic engine dependencies in them (or advanced syntax that might have deprecated in a few cases).

In which case, recreating the log action may fix the issue.

However, if it worked before upgrade and doesn't work now; it might be a bug and need a support case. Apologies for missing that key point in your post.

Hi

After upgrading to build 13.1.49, none of my message actions are logged in ns.log.
Why ?
Have even tried to create brand new message action and responer policy.
btw. Why does a new responder policy require to have an appflow action added ??

I think there are some bugs right now with responder policy settings. See my post here:

https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/419102-adding-multiple-expressions-to-responder-policy/

Maybe this affects whole evaluation of responder policies
