After storefront upgrade to 2203 CU3 joining the other storefront fails


Question

I had 4 Citrix Storfront Servers on 1906, I followed the upgrade plan for StoreFront server group and upgraded the first server without issues, when I am trying to join the other server to the cluster it failed.

 

Event log on the joining Server shows below :
