Question

Am I the only one that have recurring Office issues with AppLayer ?

Typically Office stop working after upgrading the layer, or adding a new layer, and so one...

We spent thousand of hours to try to make it working again.

One layer.

Yes, the recipe was followed-

Sometimes it works, but we have many layers.

It can just stop working after an update for exemple... Actually we do not know. Sometimes it is the layer priority, sometimes a software like ECM / SAP, ..

First of all you need to clear out what you have and then try to assist you.
Personally we have Office 365 x86 and x64 installations on different application layers.

We only experienced issues since our office installation is User based and not machine based.

Thus, upon any new user and only the first time, we get prompted to "Repair Now".
We only faced some minor issues on the update process, which where not App Layer related but office update related.

Other, than that we didn't experience any issue and office works fine.
We even are in the process of switching from x86 to x64 and currently evaluating for any impact to the users.
