NSIP disconnects after 4 hours

I've setup a new on premise VPX Gateway service to publish my on premise Storefront. I do not have HA setup. I have a NSIP, SNIP and a Vip. The service is working as expected except the NSIP drops or disconnects after 4 hours after a restart of the virtual appliance. I'm not able to ping the NSIP nor can I access the Management console. The Gateway service itself remains functional.

It doesn't matter if the Management console is idle or not, I lose connection after 4 hours.  A reboot is the only way I can restore the connection.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any recommendations on what I should be checking? I am fairly new with the VPX.
