Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops: Database could not be contact

Question

Hello, I configured a windows 2019 standalone. I installed sql express 2019 with deliverly controller and studio on same server. then initil site setup was error "Database could not be contact" as below error id. 
Can you help me with a solution?
