HDX 3D Pro not working





I have an Azure VM (with Nvidia GPU) where "HDX 3D Pro" doesn't work properly. The Citrix Graphic status tool says HDX 3D Pro is Disabled when it should be enabled via GPO. Where can I look for errors or in which log file?

Also, what OS are you running?  3dPro only works with single session.  Multi-session uses a different engine.

I have a similar issue. This is on Windows 10 Multi-Session, with an Nvidia GPU on the NVadsA10 v5-series. When you say that multi-session uses a different engine, what should I expect to see?


So far, the performance seems to work well with this, but want to make sure there is something I am not missing...or if there is some other area to validate it is functioning as expected? I do have the enabled HDX Pro policy turned on.
