Citrix XenApp - can not connect to jump servers through Citrix receiver or Citrix workSpace

Hi , I have an issue in regard to Citrix XenApp under Vodafone maintenance. I could previously connect to jump Servers through the platform without any issue, However lately I can not access and when I click on JumpServer Icons receive an error message: "The system cannot find the path specified. This working directory is invalid: F:\Data   please consult help for more information." .
