Client (User) certificate authentification on content switch

Hello,

we want to deploy a  client user certificate authentification on a content switch.

On a load-Ballancer it works fine.

We are unable to make it works on a content-switch. It is possible?

Is there a simple dokumentation for our problem?

I found the following information for you:

It is possible to use client user certificate authentication on a content switch. However, there are a few things that you need to make sure are set up correctly in order for it to work.

  • Make sure that the client user certificates are properly installed on the client machines and that they are valid and not expired.
  • Check that the content switch is configured to use SSL offloading and that the SSL certificate is properly installed and valid.
  • Verify that the content switch is properly configured to use client certificate authentication. You can do this by checking the SSL parameters of the content switch to make sure that client certificate authentication is enabled.
  • Check the logs on the content switch to see if there are any errors or warnings related to client certificate authentication.
  • Verify that the backend servers are properly configured to accept client certificate authentication requests from the content switch.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to contact Citrix Support or look into the following link:
