Citrix Workspace App Checks for Updates when switching between Stores


Question

Hello,

 

I noticed that sometimes Citrix Workspace App displays "No upgrades for Citrix Workspace app are available", this only occurs when we are switching between different stores within the Citrix Workspace App. I am grasping at straws on why this could be happening.

 

Our organization controls the patching of the Workspace app on endpoints; and auto-updates are disabled via Storefront. Any suggestions on what or why this may be occurring?

 

Citrix Workspace used: 2203 CU1/2

Citrix Storefront: 1912 LTSR
